Contest Restriction and Disclaimers

• Void where prohibited.
• All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees, as well as any additional options or accessories requested by the winner are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof.
• By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold sponsor harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.
• By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the independent judges whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of the winners.
• NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ENTER THE CONTEST
• Each entrant may submit multiple eligible completed surveys during the Entry Period as long as the language permutations are different (i.e. English->Spanish vs. Spanish- >English).
• Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the registrant or player.
• The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsor cannot predict the number of Entries which will be made to the Contest.
• ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY, IT BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR.
• DETERMINATION OF WINNER: The Sponsor will choose one participant at random from the winning school as the winner.
• Winner will be notified within 60-days of the end of the Contest by email using the contact information provided with the original entry in the form.
• If winner does not respond by email to the notification within 3 calendar days, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner of the Contest may be required (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to complete and return (within 10 calendar days of written notification) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.
• Failure to comply with the 10-day time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner selected.
• Winner’s Entry submission and acceptance of the Prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) and Photo, in all forms of media worldwide, in perpetuity, without limitation, notice or further compensation.
• PRIZES; ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Prize will be awarded. The Prize consists of an Applet iPad or similar (specific manufacture, model and features selected at sole discretion of Sponsor) with an approximate estimated retail value of $600 (the “Prize”).
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Apple is not affiliated with the Contest or the Sponsor.
• PRIZE CONDITIONS: Each winner is responsible for all taxes, including federal, state, and local, applicable to the acceptance and use of the Prize. The right to receive a Prize, if any, is non-transferable, and Prize substitutions are not allowed (except at the election of Sponsor).
